Our rates range from $45-85 per hour depending upon the specific work and where it is performed.

We are often able to save our clients hundreds of dollars off of their tax return preparation fees.  Most CPA firms will charge $60-$125 (and up) per hour for the services we provide.  Because we do this all day, day after day, we are very fast and accurate and can complete quite a bit in each billable hour!

Organized, ongoing bookkeeping can save you tax dollars as well.  We will gladly help you provide your tax preparer the information he/she needs to help you with tax planning before the end of the year.  After January 1st it is too late for many of the tax savings opportunities available to the self-employed.

For ongoing engagements many of our clients prefer a contracted-rate that is a discount off of our regular rates.  

Payroll Services are billed at a flat rate that is dependent upon how many employees you have and how often you pay.  Contact us for a copy of our Payroll Services brochure.

Both free direct deposit for your employees and 24-hour web-access to your payroll reports can be included at no charge.  You employees can also have secure web-access to their individual pay histories so that whenever they need a past paystub, they can log in and print it out themselves.  This option is also included at no charge.
