The Chart of Accounts is the listing of General Ledger accounts in a bookkeeping system. We have found that many eBay sellers who set up their own accounting system do not know where to start with their Chart of Accounts. So we offer these products to help you get started. These products are included in the Quickbooks data products listed below. Do not purchase both a COA product and a QB data file product.

Quickbooks Data Files

As we have worked with various types of businesses who sell on eBay and the internet, we have developed blank Quickbooks Datafile Templates to use as a starting point in setting up our clients' Quickbooks.

We have refined the files, perfected the built-in Chart of Accounts, built a list of Items to use in recording sales and memorized several Sales Receipts (used in entering sales) into our Quickbooks Datafile Templates.

Our Datafile Templates are available in our Webstore (www.web-bookkeeper.com).

After purchase, you will be able to download a ZIP file that contains your chosen Quickbooks Datafile. All twelve levels of QB Datafiles that we offer are available for purchase in QB2002-QB2007. Each level and version of QB is a different product. Choose your purchase carefully and be SURE that you buying the appropriate file for the version of Quickbooks that you own.

NOTE: The Chart of Accounts is included in our Quickbooks Datafile products. You do not need to purchase both!

Our Quickbooks Datafile products are the Quickbooks Data File ONLY. The price includes some basic instructions on how to save the data file to your computer and open it up but does NOT include any training on the use of Quickbooks. Our Webstore has blocks of consulting/bookkeeping/training hours that can be purchased to help you with learning how to use Quickbooks. We also have packages available that include the Quickbooks Datafile, Customization of the Datafile and consulting/training time to get you started.

NOTE: If you have already started your QB file and are not willing to start it over, the products below will not work for you. It is possible to import your transactions from your current QB file into a new one purchased from us but that will require additional time at $65/hour. Prepaid hours are available for sale on our Webstore at a discount.

You should purchase a minimum of 4 hours for the QB file transition as well as consulting time for us to help you learn how to use your new QB file. We will let you know if you need to purchase additional time as we work on your file or we will let you know any time left on your account when the work is finished.

Hours are not refundable but they are good for 18 months after date of purchase and can be used for bookkeeping, consulting and/or training. They can also be used dollar-for-dollar towards purchase of any of our other products.
